A full refund will be given in the event of a cancellation with a minimum of 24 hours before the curtain rises (i.e. tour launches). If your cancellation falls within the 24-hour of the tour, no refund will be given.
Unpredictable weather conditions are to be expected. Guides will assess the weather at the time of the tour. If it’s unsafe, the trip will be rescheduled or cancelled. In the event of cancellation due to weather a full refund will be provided.
