FAQs

Our guides will make sure you don’t separate from your fellow adventurers and do everything possible to keep you safe.

A full refund will be given in the event that you cancel with a minimum of 24 hours before the curtain rises (i.e. tour launches). If your cancellation falls within 24 hours of your tour time, no refund will be given.
