Terms and Conditions

  • All tours are dependent on weather, tides and guest capabilities. 
  • Performance details, ticket prices and showtimes are subject to change at any time.
  • A safety briefing will outline risks involved and how to minimise risks on tour. All tours are undertaken at your own risk.
  • If you’re a single booking, you’ll kayak with another guest. 
  • If you haven’t kayaked before you may be paired with an experienced paddler to avoid any safety concerns.
  • For your safety, you must disclose before booking if you are suffering from any injury, medical condition (such as pregnancy, epilepsy, asthma or cardiovascular conditions), disability, disease or illness which may be aggravated by participation in, or may interfere with your ability to safely participate in this tour.
  • As with any travel, you should buy travel insurance that covers accidents, illness or the need for a hospital.
  • Oceanic co-stars such as sharks, stingrays, and other sea creatures can sometimes steal the scene, thus swimming is not permitted on our tours.
  • When on our tour, don’t leave money or valuables lying around at the departure site. Personal effects are your responsibility on the tour. Dry bags are available on our kayaks so you can take your valuables with you.
  • You must confirm your booking with credit card payment online.
  • You must be at the departure site at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour time.
  • You must follow the guide’s instructions and all safety rules and regulations.
  • Any infringements you make in National Parks or Aquatic Reserves will be your sole responsibility. Fines may apply.
  • Minimum age of guests for group guided kayak tours is 7 years old.
  • Children aged between 7-12 years old must be in a kayak with a responsible adult.
  • Guests under the age of 18 must be signed in by their responsible guardian. All children must have approval from their guardian to come on tour.
